this is the version of my dragon ball OC Rakio for my dragon ball Bloodlines saga! his backstory is still the same(check out my profile for his backstory in my first project) and there is a Canon reason for his changed appearance. new backstory: a 16 years old Rakio was having a normal training session one day, trying to get strong enough to be a hero like his cousin Goku, but when a pulse of energy from Goku and Vegeta's battle with Broly caused his ki to mutate, turning purple and going completely out of control, but the surge of power attracted the attention of dangerous, powerful, and mysterious space pirates who wanted a powerful weapon. so they kidnapped Rakio, put a restraining device on him, and took him into deep space, but a member of the pirate crew was a saiyan and understood Rakio's dangerous potential. so he began training him in secret and gave him a new battle suit, Rakio learning how to control his purple ki by restraining his Ki output, turning his eyes yellow when he is not using his Ki and turning them purple when he uses his full power, and Rakio eventually managed to defeat the pirates... but at the cost of his new saiyan mentor. so now, after a year in space, the 17 Year old Rakio travels back to earth in the pirates stolen and experimental spaceship,''the time and space teleportation ship,'' also known as,''the flying manta,'' new abilities: he lost most of his old Ki techniques because of his mutation, but he managed to gain some new ones: primal orb: a powerful orb of mutated primordial Ki, primal blast: a rapid fire Ki blast flash Kamehameha: a Kamehameha wave that can be charged and fired in one second velocidad dragon: he still has this ability, but it is too unstable to use...for now personality: still sarcastic, confident, good hearted, still talks Spanish when emotional. but he is now more mature, fierce, and more of a leader. new power level:???
