Today I'll be showing you some tips that I wish I knew when I first started playing the game! Tip #1: Stalkers are the largest predators in the game, so you don't have to worry about anything else you see. Tip #2: Eventually Alterra will send you coordinates for the mountains. Also, when you get there, make sure to look around the bottom of the island; there's lots of good loot. Tip #3: The farther you go away from the safe shallows, the more dangerous the map gets. Make sure to make lots of noise and leave on a light source to scare away stalkers. Tip #4: After the Aurora explodes, head straight for the back of the ship. There's a LOT of good stuff back there. Because of the fog it's a lot easier to see the glowing loot if you head there at night with your Seamoth floodlights turned on. If you hear a roar, remember that the devs are just trying to scare you away from getting good resources early game, there's no Stalkers over there.
