Read this whole thing. So, you all are probably confused as to why nothing related to BeatsTale has been posted in MONTHS. Well, I've got a couple of reasons to share with you. Also a few lore drops will be shared at the end of this, so read the whole thing! First issue: coding. I've been waiting for @PainInCode's Overworld Engine v3 to release so I can use it for BeatsTale #3. However, if it doesn't release soon, I will find an alternative or just use their current overworld version. Second issue: motivation and views. I've worked hard to hype up this AU, and it seems like NOBODY cares. The most views I've have on a BeatsTale project is on the fight against Petals. Do you all know how many views it has? TWENTY-SEVEN. It is also my most loved BeatsTale project, sitting at a whopping THREE LOVES. Does anybody even care? Would anyone besides the developers I never even get to talk to care if this AU faded into obscurity? I just want to see my work recognized. My most loved project EVER, on my main, has 18 loves. I've spent HOURS upon HOURS of my life OBSESSING over making my projects as perfect as they can be. And look where it's gotten me. I've been here for four YEARS, and haven't even hit 50 followers on my main. I'm sorry. I've tried to act like this doesn't bother me for all this time. I just want to be appreciated for what I do, by more than a few people at a time. It's not fair. What do I have to do to appeal to this stupid website? Oh well. Time for the lore drops I guess maybe this project will raise awareness for this AU anyways. Maybe there is still hope. If you've read this far... Thank you. At the time of posting, neither is aware that the other exists. Not revealing Petals' origin yet though. The only other thing I really care about sharing right now is the location names. Ruins has fused with the edge of Paradise, and is called Ruined Edge. Snowdin has fused with the Island, and is called Snowdin Island. Waterfall has fused with the ocean between Island and Volcano, and is called Waveform. Hotland has fused with Volcano, and is still called Hotland for some reason??? The CORE has fused with Industry, and is called the COREworks. New Home has fused with the Echo Sector, and is called Echo Home. (Echo Sector is the research base from Prologue). The VOID has fused with the Tutorial, and is called the Sub-Void. Thank you for your time here.
