This is Luna. She’s evil because good guys are BORING. Her weapon is an umbrella. When opened it acts as a shield. When it’s closed a sniper scope pops out and it acts like a gun. There are some modifiers to the gun. Poison, truth serum, explode, and ice. That’s basically it thanks!
