To make your nation a state of ours you have to have a flag, have to be known by the DNS prior to said state ship, now there are different types of “states” that you convert ur nation into, there’s the nation of DNS which means that I take full control and take all land making you no longer a separate nation, a “state” which makes it so I lead the nation but you keep ur own land, “claim” the DNS gets the land but ur still in full control of said land
