This circuit is built on the 1700's harbor named Port Moderne. As the name suggest, it was named after Neuvellons, especially the rich nobles and amateurs bringing back the red gold, Vermeil, as well as other material, like metals to wood. It was Arendelle's second harbor and 2nd town center. It fell in ruins in the late 1800's as Arendelle became irrelevent, the Neuvellon's influence diminished and Arennelle faded from the global Nordic trade as Skant Johanes became it's affirmed it position as the Nordic center. In the 1900's Port Moderne was falling into destruction as the streets became dangerous dirty, and many vice where taking place. In 1954 the city of Arendelle decided to host the 1955 Formula 1 GP, the harbor was then turned into a race track. It passed around the block and re-dynamised it and made it safer. This attempt ended up to make POrt Moderne the real second town center it deserved to be, and also into one of the pochest place of Arendelle.
