Here’s what I changed: I reduced the number of turning frames, because the less there are, the less you have to animate and the faster it seems! (There used to be 8, now there are 4) I added movement streaks but it’s hard without a blend brush to smear so I drew in some squiggles Scratch can only switch costumes at a maximum frame rate of 0.01 seconds! I also made it 0.05 seconds of interval between the frames until the wide-eyed bit and then 0.07 until the end (which you can change if to match whatever pace you like!) I raised the eyebrows and changed the pupil size (watch in fullscreen to see!) added a little bit of gravity to the hair when turning the head. The eyebrows fluctuate because I drew them on without onion skin… A little bit of ‘squish’ when she abruptly stopped to turn (it isn’t very smooth, again, without onion skin to help)
The special thing about animating in scratch is that you can code to stop on a certain frame! You can see this in the code of this if you want: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1297245469/ The animation in this is kind of lazy ;^^ In here I also did that but significantly simpler I did this all in scratch because I can’t import all these frames into my slow-ahh drawing app
