This decodes and encodes Smash Cipher! It's when every letter gets bumped up an index, and to decode it you need to pull the letter index back once for each character. NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS (e.g. !, #) OR ELSE IT WILL BREAK! Spaces and numbers allowed, though. Enjoy!
