Like clockwork, the ring of a bell is predictable and expected… but a bell can just as easily signal an alarm, rung out in sudden desperation. Despite this, there remains something reassuring and rhythmic about how the Minor Raqsoun's stumbling steps and precarious pealing resound across the Carnival. Stouter and less sure-footed, this Monster's Minor form may strike with less confidence, but its tone rings clear. Its melancholic notes call back to a more ancient era, and its now fading ornamentation leave traces of a story not long forgotten.
