Space/Click Now back in 2021 in a now-taken-down project, I had Whistle speak through whistling and even have him whistling angrily in his new pose. But then, a certain someone gave me advice that if I have to animate him speaking, I would look into Terrance and Phillip for reference (which I did) meaning that Whistle will speak by moving his cap (but only up and down and not tilt it). So, here are these speaking assets I made for him.
