just watch chaos ensue BILLY ADDING RULES: do NOT modify other billies in ANY WAY (other than cloning them to make your own). you can only modify your own billy. if one of the billies that are not by you are modified in your remix, it will not be counted. to add a billy: just remix, duplicate the yellow-green billy portal, customise the sounds, make the portal a diff color, duplicate one of the billies, then customise their mechanic and audio and sprite just go ham lol. dont forget to make the billy you made spawn out of the portal you made!
