Minion: Iceime HP: 75 totally not referencing the appearance and name of some anime character no no no def no totally not
Iceime has low hp but will take off his blindfold and use powers to turn all animals near him into ice animals that will attack enemies (before death and he will gain 25 hp after the ability) (and if humans get hit in the range their feet will get turn into ice cubes and will be harder to walk for a duration) after iceime uses his ability he will be weak cuz his powers melted some of the ice on him and it makes him weak and can feel cold... (then he will do a block position until killed) [iceime's block does some damage reduction to himself]
