[ Common, Uncommon, Rare, What the heck is this dog doing in the wild??? ] - Adding starter when starting a roleplay is ecoungrage. - You may get your character with the form or getting one from litters. - The dogs design must have realistic color, though I'll probably let a few slide as long as it's not bright neon green or soemthing like that.
