Factory's unfair copyright claims. They are a company that is unfairly taking My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic reviews down for copyright when 1. They do not own MLP. They just make the DVDs for MLP. It would be like if I reviewed The Godfather, and Netflix took down my review. 2. Just look at Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107. The videos they took down were under fair use, such as criticism. What you can do is when watching MLP: FiM, do not buy the DVDs since Shout! Factory makes those. Do not buy any products from Shout! Factory period. When looking for an MLP episode, watch it on iTunes, Netflix or Youtube. Do not get the MLP DVDs or any Shout! Factory products.
