Availible positions: 2-3 mixers (needed) : helps really bring the group's songs to life by editing vocals, adding effects, adding the instrumental, etc. 1-2 graphic designers (needed) : helps create album covers, covers for teasers, etc. 1 more lyricist (not needed immediately) : steps in to write lyrics for songs occasionally (the group will be doing covers sometimes) - must know at least English and Korean 1 producer (not needed immediately) : writes/creates the instrumentals for original songs (works with the lyricist) 1 talent manager (not needed immediately) : scouts / recruits people to audition for any of ALUME Ent.'s open auditions 2+ advertisers (not needed immediately): adds teasers, comebacks, etc., to studios, comments mini ads, and more! 1 coder (not needed immediately) : needed when we need to release teasers, MVs, etc., that involve a lot of coding What we need from any staff member: ~ treat other staff and idols with kindness and respect ~ clear communicaton ~ 6 or more/10 activity level ~ must reply to any questions (from staff and from idols) within a week - if you don't reply to anyone's questions for 10+ days, you will be fired but can get your position back by HONESTLY explaining what happened. ~ you cannot reveal anything about comebacks unless the company gives you permission to do so - we aren't too scrict about mini-spoilers here and there, we would just prefer that you ask first form: @.username ✿ name ✿ the job you are applying for ✿ what experience do you have ✿ your past work (link preferred) ✿ languages you speak ✿ activeness (?/10) ✿ how fast can you do the job you're applying for? ✿ will you be okay with someone else taking over your job while you go on possible future hiatuses? ✿ pronouns? ✿ any questions? ✿ notes
