Press the green arrow to start the 1st exercise. It counts as followed: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (1 single one done). It then repeats 4 more times and counts as 1 set. There are 5 sets. This is not universal to all physical therapy exercises, even withen the Schroth program.
As someone with scoliosis who wears an orthosis and does physical therapy, I felt inclined to make this to aid myself in my PT and others. If this project applies to you, I hope you can use it!
