A census carried out in 1909 by the order of the Imperator has counted around 65.1 million people, mostly focused in the north and coastal regions. With this, further recruitment and the implementation of Plan Augustine increased the military size to 845,000 men, and the navy to 75,000. Shipyard-companies are also ordered to produce a quota of amount of ships, undisclosed to the public. The justification is the increasing danger of aggressors and the hositility from it's former partners in the north.
