Lenin stepped up to the microphone, and stated that Hyperborea has switched sides in WW8. It would stop helping the Caribbean, and has joined NASM's side. The people ask him why, but he replies that it wasn't his free will, NASM was pressuring him to switch sides. Lenin made an agreement with NASM, saying that if they switched sides then NASM would not invade Hyperborea and would end the blockade.
