The rest of the actives are mobilized, with more being sent to the newly annexed territories (not quite matching the Stormhelmish forces, because it's so small we can't have that many fighting concurrently, so this is essentially forces for rotation). Additionally, as Stormhelm starts raising reserves, the Prospirian reserves are raised and put on standby across the nation, ready to join the conflict if need be. The Prospirian government sents the Stormhelmish government a final note: "If you wanted to keep the land you should have exerted your control over it before and protected our citizens during transport. Stand down or we may have to take even more territory to make sure you learn your lesson."
