tw: sensitive topics, vent, death hi guys , i know many of you are going through a lot of things and i'm here to let you know that i'm open to let you vent, talk about it, and genuinely let you know that i'm here for you if you need to talk <3 family issues i do know that many people face family issues around spop and i want to let you know that you've come this far and you can definitely keep pushing thru , there might be some parents who starve you , force you to do something and unimaginable horrible things . for everyone facing these , you might be one of the strongest persons i know and you can keep pushing . take a few deep breaths and tell yourself that you can do it no matter what , i fully believe in you . whenever you feel like , " oh , my parents are getting tiring . why do they force me so much ? i want to die . " then take a few deep breaths and know that you can do it no matter what , if your parents say something hurtful .. dont take it to heart , focus on yourself and walk out of your house independently because after everything , you will always be the strong one who survived allat . they might say things like , " your so immature " , " you can't even do this? " then prove them wrong and go in your own pace to build yourself without your parents . death thoughts there are many spoppers with some thoughts of death and i've been thru it too . your strong , independent and amazing . the number of people that would be worried sick for you and what all you couldve done while still being alive are endless . face the problems , face the consequences , face the fate and face everything you fear because trust me , it is worth living a little, imagine the version of you that survives this cruel phase may someday look back and feel all the happiness because of the fact that you stayed . when the world is being cruel to you , sit for a minute and think , " do you really deserve this ? " no. a big no but you cant control and now think what you are thinking to do with yourself is what you deserve ? a big fat no because you can control it , whenever you feel stressed or wanting to die , think of the happy moments , everything youve enjoyed . you can enjoy more if you live more , always the right option . fake friends as far as i have seen some comments and when some people vent to me , i've noticed things about fake friends . let me give you a big hug . that might be really hard to go thru and feels like a load of stress . theres people who have fake friends and tbh , they dont deserve you . they talk bad about you ? its bcs they want attention , they want to make sure everyone knows that they dont like you and when they make you feel excluded ? it's bcs theyre absolutely stupid to not include an angel like you . maybe , they just feel like your not really what they want . but why should YOU please them ? please yourself . honestly its ok to be friendless , we've all been thru it and you can always get better friends . if you ever feel like youve lost trust , believe me , you can always find good people . try to be friends with someone who you genuinely find interesting , someone who you know you can rely on and trust . your really strong for surviving allat because i've been thru it , and it was really terrifying . so let me pat your back and let you know that you can push thru them and forget them . feeling excluded there have been one or two people who've told me theyve felt excluded , weird , ignored at school like they don't exist . but , who is to judge ? you are good in your own way , weird in your way , you in your own way . you can find another person like you and become friends with them , let people talk , what does it mean anyway ? if they exclude you , they probably have another taste of their friends and always remember , you dont have to fit into their standards . being yourself is the biggest thing you can do for yourself <3 i love you and many people love you too . if some people don't like you , doesn't mean no one does . a lot of people love you with their whole heart . i love you for being so strong and healthy . social anxiety this is a really tough one ; whenever you feel embarrassed , scared , humiliated .. take a deep breath and know that nothing will go anywhere . calm down , and cope up yourself . this is a personal thought but probably isnt helpful but i always think , " many people are going to forget it later anyways . it's not that big . they themselves will question me if i ask them and talk about it . " for some people it might feel wrong and ignorant , but genuinely .. we should try our best to ignore the fact that there are people around us . this only makes us more self conscious and scared . i dont have much to say about this , but you should stay strong nd keep moving on even if something happens . we all have our embarrassing moments , what other people might think and tbh , we should all calm down and try to move on . always stay strong . CONTINUED ↑ depression if you are going thru depression , your really the strongest person i would ever know . if your going thru depression , maybe step away from the internet , go for a nice walk and sleep well . try to distract yourself from the cause of your depression and focus on more mindful activities to boost your inner self and the most thing to focus on during depression is only yourself . no one matters anymore , your the important one here . calm yourself down and don't overwork yourself or whenever you feel something is wrong , always try to fix it . don't ignore it . your super strong and cool and you deserve the world . i love you for coming this far and trust me , you can do it . i believe in you . how you look i'm going to be honest and tell you , EVERYONE IS PRETTY . anyone who calls someone ugly is either immature or don't know life yet . no matter how you look , you are extremely beautiful . i know your mind is amazing and beautiful and your personality aswell , you might feel insecure about your looks outside . trust me , i have as well . when someone talks about how you look , be confident . tell them this is you and they have to deal with however you look like . be you . don't try to change anything about how you look , hygiene and healthcare is obviously a must but leaving them out , dont try to change yourself because you are amazing , beautiful and cool just the way you are . some people might look down on you , some people might look at you like your their idol . and trust me , it's ok no matter how people look at you . be confident and do whatever you want to do in life . not by others discriminating you of how you look . dissociation imagine your just sitting with your friends , and you zone out . feel disconnected to the world . we've all felt it , and let's try our best to calm ourselves down and snap back . this is probably because your mind is stuck on a thought , too much stress or you just feel way too overwhelmed by something or the other . buddy , take a deep breath and calm down . think about what you were thinking and rather observe your thoughts , try to shoo away the negative thoughts and only let positive thoughts come to your mind . personal opinion , i've felt that meditation or relaxing your body helps with dissociation . again , this is my personal thought because whenever i meditate and observe my thoughts , i feel a wave of calmness and peace all over my body . that's it everyone , i obviously cannot include all of your problems to help you out but if you feel like you do need to vent , i'm always open in my bl dms > @.aera_l0ves . i really love you guys for whoever read this until the end and your a really strong person . each of you deserve a large hug because your the best and you know it . i wrote this for nearly 3 hours and my time for sleep has disappeared lol , thank you for reading until here , and maybe leave a like or comment ? - xoxo , mimi .
