The Imperator has died, and the Prime Minister killed. An attempted coup soon took place by the more liberal members of government, gathering support from some members of the IX Legion, they marched on the capital. The New Imperator, was able to gather support form the Accl. Front, a powerful party recently gaining party. It's leader, John Vatazes, had been influenced by the volkist ideals of a strong human race. The Scholae Palatinae, would focus it's forces, including it's 3 batteries that were prepared previously for defence of the capital, near the palace. The next morning, Freekorps troops (from the A-Front) and Scholae Palatinae massacred the marching liberals during what is known as the Bloody Tuesday. With news of the loyalist victory, many of the people rejoice, and new Imperator would make Vatazes his Prime Minister, cohead of the Imperial Senate. A new era awaits.......
