(rules at the bottom) To get a "premium" level freebie you need the premium pass, which you can get by remixing this project and on that remix making a cute OC for me to use (preferably cat or dragon, but anything cute is fine!) If the first one is cute enough and/or good enough, you get a premium pass for the next three phases, counting the current one. Each person may only claim one freebie per phase. You may ask for a ping when the next phase comes out.
