music is duvet by bôa it's been a while, hi <3 obviously, i've just come back from a two month long break, which was much needed for my mental health. i'm very grateful for all the kind words and birthday wishes, it really means a lot that so many people remember and are thinking about me still <3 i've decided to return as i believe the risk of this account being terminated is a lot lower without the mass reporter around and the large span of time between my previous account and this one. i'm going to stay active, just a lot less active than i was before (e.g. only checking in a few times a week rather than multiple times a day). i'm still going to post my original music and some covers, but they may start to lean away from the kpop genre. speaking of kpop, to be honest, i've started loosing a little interest in kpop. of course i'll continue listen to new releases and will engage in group covers (+ some of my favourite artists are literally yves, nmixx and ive), but overall my music taste has started to shift away from the korean scene. i'm more interested in music from artists like the smiths, the sundays, the cranberries, kate bush, the beatles, lana del rey, after, yves, pink pantheress, the beach boys and the mamas & the papas, etc. my og music will ofc continue to be inspired by korean music, as kpop has been such a big part of my life and i have a continuing deep respect for the artists and creatives in kpop. (also i went to see an idle concert for my birthday and they were INSANE??? i was so close!! row c :D) i'm also slowly shifting away and growing out of spop, but singing, writing and creating are huge parts of my life and that won't ever change. i'm quite busy with school, as well as my many performing arts and musical theatre extracurricular activities. anyways, to summarise; i'm back!! i missed you!!!! :)) i will be slightly less active but still involved with the community <3
