This random office building in Kaurnat is rather questionable. First of all, the building's design is so ugly. Second, it's home to many illegal activities. Third, it's owned by a femboy. Yep, a femboy owned this office. Pecungan residents described this building as a literal eyeburn, and some called the building a literal cube, due to how it's shaped. While other surrounding buildings like Pasarkerta Kaurnat have such an unique design, this one is basically a depressing grey block. Also, this building only have windows on the ground floor, the rest of the floors are windowless, which makes this building look more of an eyesore. And the owner? He's a criminal. Anyways, the lifts are some basic Sigma Solon lifts with the boring OEK chime.
