Kodi asked himself. "This button... What's it from...? Oh... Oh no...!" The ominous noise rose louder and louder until it filled Kodi's ears. "Yes, Kodi," it hissed. "I am your third eye." "NO!" shrieked Kodi. His wings were bound shut, restricting his ability to flap his wings in worry. "You are the one thing I fear! You... my purple-and-blue eye... I stitched that button to my face when my parents got rid of me just so I could be normal! Nobody was supposed to know I was born a psychic."
