After he wrote these notes... He noticed a toon panicking, but he couldn't see who... The camera had gotten splashed with milk in that room earlier. It looked very blurry, but he could comprehend that the toon had some sort of shade of red on them. He hid this in the box near the TV in toon rooms. Someone found it and read it.
