You are free of dementia. All memories may return (it almost sounds like an FNFT soundtrack). A remake of the first EATEOT track, but I made it to sound like a soundtrack from the Flutter N' Fly Team's most charming creation: "Once Upon a Time in Storybook Land". It's an animated anthology show from 1936 that introduced many children to various topics, including counting, colors, poetry, nursery-rhymes, and even how to recognize different things you would see every day.
(Note: This is not a canonical soundtrack from the original anthology show. This is just a fan-created version of the first EATEOT track "It's Just a Burning Memory".)
