The previous call for aid is answered by a pirate cruiser, appearing in the distance and opening fire on the already damaged battleship, ripping through it's hull with multiple heavy railgun strikes and missile hits before turning anti-fighter missiles and the CIWS system on the fighters tearing apart the interceptor squadrons and the anakinnovian bombers. The cruiser is not alone, however. It was followed by several frigates and four squadrons of skirmishers to cover it's flanks
