Borg is like the sand in Aculon's shoes. We need them out so that we can start running faster(i did track and i had too much sand). Simply by annexing Borg we would target only the military bases and government buildings. PRISM Mechs will storm into the designated places to secure them. Civilian should be kept alive and be converted into being Aculonian. Keeping most of Borg intact we can use them as a small foundation to build infostructure like factories or resident buildings. The Super Colony should be at a whole at this point and ready to spread out.
