I have realized that making a mega tutorial is hard, so instead I will make micro-tutorials to hopefully spread my methods and also get feedback in a much more sustainable and free way. Note I only covered the absolute most basic way to do this. You can figure out more varied and detailed cloud cover with experimentation, which is how I landed on this baseline I am now realizing this looks way worse with my glasses on
