NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES (13+) The tribunal chamber typically used to ordain judgment was treacherously twisted to spark a new revolutionary era changing the course of the Kreoverse forever changing the case from trial to nothing. Schwaz stands in handcuffs in a private chamber handcuffed with a pen in his hand writing his last ever memoir before the trial officially starts. This time his message is mourning a warning of the future to come. "Villainous they say Villainous, I tried to protect them and they reward us with a striking guillotine on the overhead of this great nation. Our forefathers would be nagging on the leather of their caskets to the sight of this tragedy crying at their failed system written in the constitution. The expedition should've never been made and now time as we know it is the darkest force imaginable. The world is roaring and fate knows how lost civilization has become." Schwaz in his last moments of desired freedom tucks his note in his front pocket sealing it with grief before the awaiting the blazing metal chamber door. It opens silencing the court there standing Schwaz by himself forced down by an officer with little resistance... this time sitting alone without a defendant. [Altissia v Ruben] Judge Mawtucket walks through the back corridor with a powdered white wig and glasses with her hands in the air. The jury including Schwaz Ruben stand to honor. Schwaz trembling and uneasy stares into her eyes. Most would just see her eyes but he saw something far more unsettling what history would call "The Eyeglasses of Eternity". This wasn't just a case it was the judgement for not one soul but a generation of people. "I stand on behalf of the nations of the kreoverse to apologize for entry of this fugitive standing in the courtroom today." The camera cuts to Schwaz there's sweat dripping down his arm seaping through his cuffed sleaves as he tries to cover his head in shame. The world is on his shoulders. The camera jumps to the Adam expedition showing militants lowering Schwaz from a helicopter. "The fugitive has not only broken the intergalactic treaty but has stolen from the living anomaly the people call the Adam's Isle. His deeds have threatened the safety to Sarian culture and for the Kreoverse itself". The camera comes back to Judge Mawtucket and to the table peering upwards showing Schwazs shoulders, neck and head before changing to the back of the court room showing the jury. Schwaz waits in silence understanding his words have lost meaning and the reaper's judgment is coming. Swiftly without cause or clarity... no time to question or reflect. "Mr. Ruben, you are responsible for the loss and mass hysteria of thousands, how do you plead?" Mawtucket's words cut like a blade. The whole room is watching and waiting his next move. The young scientist stays silent, words can't save him Eternity has already been sealed. "Respond child, how do you plead?" Mawtucket repeats the question more frustrated than before. "I have the right to remain silent, the fault is on your hands not mine" Schwaz protests directing the guilt and judging Mawtucket herself. "So be it" Mawtucket signals a technician to bring out the Tachyon Probe. The raygun is uncovered by a suited individual with white gloves carefully taking off the cloth covering the key to Eternity. The cloth is tossed to the floor as the technician hands the probe to Mawtucket herself. Footsteps carried out like an eerie countdown as a series of violins play in the background gritty and harmonic. The metal holds on Schwaz's legs, neck and arms nailing him stuck to the chair before the reaper approaches. The warm rod of the probe presses against his ear. Schwaz's eyelids grow heavy "Kreo… end this ordeal, free me from this weight" he thinks to himself. The law, the executioner, the deliverer of time itself asks "What do you say to Kreo, how do you answer them for your chaos? You've labeled us as pawns. I ask you again child, how do you plead?" Mawtucket's fingers sit between judgment and release. Schwaz's eyes grow heavier, his thoughts are screaming, "change this path free me of this silence". Mawtucket holds down slowly changing his look from a young man to a older man with a few noticeable gray hairs. "Respond" Mawtucket asks once more. Schwaz speaks as the camera shows his fingers tense up as he tries to reach for his pocket where the note is. "You have doomed this great nation and time has been twisted, let me go in peace" Schwaz ignores the question and pleads one final time as he closes his eyes shut completely. From a younger man to a wrinkled gray man. Schwaz had lost to his own creation and time had swallowed fate.
