so follow the instructions on the side of the character sheet. If you don't have the most isolated room, or a room where I can hear outside noises do these steps 1.go to the smallest room in your place of living 2.grab a big enough blanket that will be under you 3.and stay still don't move your mic or else the mic will pick up on the sound ( well if the mic you're using is an earphone or head phones)
