fixed if you import the stereo track into audacity then go to tracks>mix>mix stereo down to mono you can convert your stereo song to mono, which will likely put it under the limit for sound files Stereo sounds in scratch essentially double the length of your sound file because of the two channels, so converting it down makes it easier also I noticed the quality of the YT upload was really low, if you want I can make a reupload with much much higher quality
