You must not be labeled as a "New Scratcher" on your profile's page.* 2. You must show genuine engagement with Christianity and Scratch in general 3. You must be an active participant in the discussions going on at the council.*** If so, then comment on the denomination you would like to be listed under.
*If you show the traits of someone eligilbe to upgrade from "New Scratcher" status (e.g. account existed for a while, actively posting projects, etc.) then, on a case-by-case basis, this criterion may be relaxed. **Inactive official representatives are slated for removal from the roster during "membership purges". These official representatives will be notified beforehand and given a chance to re-state their commitment to actively participate.
