If the design dies of inactivity, is offed before reaching 30 moons, is taken from owner due to issues, or is scrapped from the litter, it is to be returned to me. 2. Anyone who is on my graylist or blacklist, is homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, bigoted, ableist, etc. is not allowed to win my designs. (No one is currently on my black or gray list fortunately) 3. If someone has a history of killing characters young, they cannot win the design. 4. Redesigns are only allowed if current owner of the design asks me (and the answer is yes), and they must specify what will be changed. 5. If there are any issues at all that are not addressed, please ask me about it
