~ daily spirit update ~ - - - - - - - - - - - - - ▸ log 002. It's been a couple days ever since I met the first mysterious Tidalpaw and adopted it, and I've learned many things. First off, Tidalpaws don't need any food, it doesn't fill them up or anything - it's mostly used for bonding, and they prefer seafood. The spirit I adopted did drink water, but not much, so I've come to the theory that these spirits don't need water either, though I haven't confirmed that yet, if the theory proves correct or incorrect, I'll edit this log later to say so. (edit: In fact, they do need water!) Second of all, so far, I've been letting the spirit kind of get used to its surroundings at my house, but it's still definitely very uneasy of me - I'm going to try bonding with it and get to know it better! It's been so hard not interacting with it much, it's honestly so cute! And finally, the third part of this log entry, I've decided on a name for the spirit- Isla. And obviously, I can't keep calling Isla "it", so I figured out their pronouns are she/her, they/them, and ey/em. That's it for this entry. . . . ▸ end of log 002. ~ Signed, Wave ~ - - - - - - - - - - - - I also was able to take some pictures of Isla getting used to my house. Here's what they were of! (click/tap for the next one!) ▸ 1 ~ I was able to sneak up and snap a quick picture of them while she was sleeping! ▸ 2 ~ She allowed me to take a picture of em while ey were investigating some of the flowers. ▸ 3 ~ The silly bean was getting a little sip (The sink was pretty high up for them lol! I'll have to observe her further to see how ey got up there and turned on the sink)
