Editors note: Just learned that the drawings are AI. Ignore all the times I said that I liked the art. Also, I didn't name the song in most of this because the title alone sucks, and also I don't want the song to gain more attraction. Ok, so usually when I don't like a song, I won't make a project about it, even if its made by AI, but this song was so freaking bad that I just NEED to say something about it. FIRST OF ALL, I'm not hating just to hate or because everyone else hates it. There are plenty of vocaloid songs I don't like (STATIC, Confessions of a rotten girl, Miku ANAMANAGUCHI) and songs that I straight up hate (Magical Cure Love Shot), but none that I have hated as much as this one. The reasons I dislike this song are 1. Its lyrics & Background music are CLEARLY AI, and even then its not even good. Its too much, and it feels like my ears are getting absolutely assaulted. 2. The music video itself contains TOO many references, and of course its OK to make alot of references in a vocaloid song, but this song is NOT the one for it. It didn't even have any original content at all, it was ONLY. REFERENCES. 3. The music video is straight up LAZY. If your gonna make a crappy song, atleast put some effort into the music video. Even the other major AI vocaloid songs such as Liar Macaraon & CryDie had decent music videos, and not only does the music for this song itself suck, THE MUSIC DOES TOO. Let me expand all the reasons, starting with the last one 3. The music video sucks. So, I DO really like the art for Teto & Miku featured on the thumbnail, THATS not what I'm mad about. What I'm mad about is that animation quality. They didn't even attempt to animate Teto & Miku; all they did was slap some quick Capcut/Canva animations on 2 static images and call it a day. Its not even appealing to watch either, NOR is it supposed to be one of those songs where the music video is supposed to be bad. Also, can I just add that they clearly just drew one of them, and then changed the hair, eye color/shape, details, and said it was 'Miku/Teto'. 2. TOO. MANY. REFERENCES. Like I stated earlier, its OK to make alot of references, depending on the quality of those references and the context of the song. This song has absolutely NO reason to consist of ONLY references. Theres like over 20 REFERENCES. (Which all of the ones I recongized and could identify being in the project, click in order to see them.) The ones being referenced (That I could identify) being: -Liar Macaron (Which is an AI song, BUT the music video is still well made, and the song is really catchy so I'll give it that.) -Mezmerizer -Confession to Sister -Execution Clap -Split dance -Override -World is mine 1. Lyrics and background music are clearly AI If you listened to this song, you'd be able to CLEARLY tell its AI. The characters singing this song, yes, DO sound like Miku and Teto, and I'm not quite sure if the vocals themselves are AI, but the background music and lyrics DEFINITELY are. Starting with the background music, NO human makes THAT bad of background music. Its literally a cacaophony and I cannot understand what the HECK is going on. And also the lyrics; They are incredibly cringe. 'Dame dame Teto ', 'Kawaii Kawaii Miku Miku'?? WHO WRITES SONG LYRICS LIKE THAT T0T. It sounds alot like something an AI would write, such as Gemini or ChatGPT. And in the music video, THERES LITERALLY A SEGMENT WHERE MIKU SHOWS YOU AN AI GENERATED IMAGE ON HER PHONEEE T0T Yeah, I know the argument is really falling apart but thats because I'm tired of making this project, so I'll go ahead and stop my yap here. The song is called 'Dame Teto Macaron' btw, it was most likely made as ragebait (More specifically, by Gluttonous-P, the creator of many AI songs, such as 'Liar Macaron'.) Songs in project (In order of editor) Confession to Sister by Haibara memory Looping the rooms by Rusino Split Dance by Eipu Execution Clap by TRAP CHICK If you decide to listen to this song, here are song other songs I suggest to clense your ears. (Aka all the songs I listened to in order to clense my ears after first listening to it, in order of first to last) ~Approve please, Genie! ~Polka of Saturn ~Carol of the NEW! ones ~Kyoufuu all back ~Fukoyanomusume (Not a vocaloid song, but by a Vocaloid producer) ~Teto the 31st ~Confession to Sister ~Split dance ~Execution Clap ~March of the weak ~Abuku (Not a vocaloid song but deal with it) ~AiAiA Alright, thats all I have.
