welcome to the vanishing horizon! - - - toc. i. what is TVH? ii. the clans iii. rp system - - - i. what is TVH? The Vanishing Horizon is a wcrp hosted by @sugar_pxl. There are three clans, ThistleClan, MangroveClan, and CragClan. This roleplay takes place in the second generation… In the beginning, they were all one clan called SwiftClan. That was until a great argument broke out. The argument led to a war in the large clan. They split into three groups, one under Thistle, a large powerful tom… another under Mangrove a smart and swift she-cat… and lastly, Crag, a cunning tom. The clan broke apart and split up. They now fight for land and struggle to survive. Many try searching for new homes over the horizon… but it never seems to end. Will the clans find a new home over The Vanishing Horizon? Or will they struggle here… forever? - - - ii. the clans THISTLECLAN : ThistleClan is known for its powerful cats. They often hold the traits of cunning and aggressive. This clan was founded by the might Thistle whose name goes down in history in this clan. They live in a pine forest, hidden in the dense forest. Camp is located at the very center of the territory in a hollow. MANGROVECLAN : MangroveClan is known for its smart and swift cats. They are excellent swimmers and climbers. Founded by the great Mangrove, this clan honors her spirit greatly. Their camp is located in a mangrove swamp forest with a mangrove tree as a camp. CRAGCLAN : CragClan cats have amazing endurance and stamina. Their cats can trek long distances. Their rocky areas help them grow stronger. CragClan is cunning and strong. Crag, the founder, is remembered for his courage and strength. They have camp in a section of a gorge. - - - iii. rp system Alright! The rp system will be like other rps, only a little bit of tweaking. For now, only warriors and apprentices are allowed. Kits will be allowed later once there are full built clans. The maximum cats per clan is 50 to keep everything under control. AGING : 1 moon -> 2 moons -> 4 moons -> 6 moons -> 8 moons -> 10 moons -> 12 moons -> etc. Each week will add two moons. 1-6 moons is kithood, 6-12 is apprenticehood, 12-86 is warriorhood, 86-100 is elderhood. The max age your cat can live up to is 100 moons. LITTERS : I mentioned that the limit of cats per clan is 50! It won’t be /exact/ but I’d like to keep it in that range. As for litters, if the maximum is filled, the litter will be put in a waiting list. Once there is enough space, the litter will be put in. SURVIVAL : To survive you need food. And to get food, you need to hunt. And to hunt you need a cat. And to get a cat… you get where I’m going lol. It is required that your cat hunts and patrols at /least/ once a week. This goes for apprentices and warriors. Depending on the population, each cat with have to be fed. If there is not enough prey, the amount of prey missing, will be the amount of dying cats. MENTORS : Being a mentor will NOT BE OPTIONAL.
