Please, be honest. Being less active won’t necessarily hinder your chances I'm not very active on SSS, but I can be and will continue to be in the future. 3. How do you handle stressful situations, and is there anything you can improve on? I handle stressful situations calmly most of the time, although I do tend to lash out sometimes. 4. What would you bring to our studio? What would you do to help? I would like to make SSS a fun place! It seems like a cool chat studio, and I would like to help enforce the rules and make people feel welcome. 5. What age range are you? // If you aren’t comfortable sharing, ignore this. It won’t affect your chances. 13-15 6. Is there anything that could get in the way of you managing? I have a lot of extracarriculars, so that might get in the way. Also I tend to be less active on weekends. 7. Do you have any experience? Both in real life and on scratch? I manage a chat studio called Scratch City. I also was going to be accepted as a manager in another chat studio, but the studio never actually opened. I also babysit kids and I know how to make people behave. 8. What differentiates you from other applicants? I have some managing experience and I was actually one of the top contenders for the last DBD promotions for a while. I care about people and genuinely hope they have a good day. 9. Why do you want to manage? I want to manage because I want to make it a kind and welcoming place for people.
