AFAB transfem is when an individual is AFAB, but identifies as transfem. Some reasons one might be an AFAB transfem are: identifying as a girl/female/woman in a trans way, identifying as a girlby or with other nonbinary fiagenders (feminenby, girlby, xirl), such as being girlflux or a demigirl, and also as well as an individual who who was mistakenly assigned female at birth, but transitioned to female anyway. This may overlap with intragender for some individuals. Another large reason for one to identify as an AFAB transfem is if that individual is intersex.
