This is Leaf the shiny Bulbasaur. Leaf is in no way related to Lime. He has a bandanna and a scarf. I've wanted to make a Bulbasaur OC for awhile now, because in my first comment animations @narwhalclan said to turn into bulbasaur for the last 3 comments. So sense I caught this in Z-A awhile ago, I figured I may as well make that the OC.
