VERY lengthy explanation about this game here because I'm certain anyone who wasn't around on my profile before 2024 is going to have no idea that this game even existed, much less why it was unshared: So back in the middle of May 2023,I had decided to make my own remixed version of a popular and at the time my personal favorite scratch Fnaf Fangame,One Night at Kermert's by @Shadowblam101Scratch, inspired by other people's versions of the game such as @Eon64_Games and @tkhurka(which I actually helped make). The game was teased with a few teasers and development images like I usually did around that time,all of which are more than likely permanently locked in my old account's unshared projects now. Anyways, eventually the game did release, though when it did I'm not exactly sure but I estimate around May 18th or May 19th, as I do distinctly remember making this (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/853943166/) project very close to the release date of this game. The game was shared and remained shared for most of 2023 until if I had to guess I would say either October or November of 2023,where I took it,and almost all of my other Kermert-related projects,down. The reason why was because @tkhurka,who for reasons that I don't wish to get into and that were pretty immature of me looking back on it(this was in 2023 and I was unfortunately not the maturest of people back then),I was not in a good state with him and he happened to be a massive Kermert's fan at that time like me,and so as petty as it sounds that made me simply decide to unshare all of my Kermert-related projects(we have since made up thankfully and at least imo I've matured alot since then). I pretty much forgot all about the game and no consequence came of unsharing it,until June 19th,2024,when as some of you may already know I permanently lost access to my school account , which was where Kermert's 2A Edition was stored. And because it was unshared and I had no access to the only account that I knew had a copy of the project, that basically made Kermert's 2A Edition lost. I was aware of this I think starting in late 2024 but even though I tried every once in a while to find a version of the game on scratch I could never find one... But then in March of this year,a small miracle happened! Because while I hadn't found the game,I HAD found a remixed version of it called "Bandu's 3.5: One Night at SMG4" ( While it wasn't the game itself it did at the very least contain the games code,and it even had what I remember was the original starting screen. I thought that would be the end of this game popping back up in any way,but my luck got even better because in July of this year aswell,I found an unfinished game that was remixed from Kermert's 2A Edition,and low and behold by some miracle the project had basically the unmodified entirety of Kermert's 2A Edition in it! ( And funny enough,that remix was made by tkhurka! The game was missing some of the menu(which was recreated for this project),but other than that the entire game was preserved! Needless to say this made me very happy and I rushed to make my own copy of the game as soon as I could! And here we are now! It feels so genuinely amazing to me that this game has managed to turn up again,given that is one of my more obscure games and for the longest time I had just accepted that it slipped through the cracks and would never be seen again, and even though it's very much not a good game I still hope you enjoy it or at least enjoy that it's popped up again!
Some additional notes: -I don't remember the exact story of the game but if I recall correctly it was basically the same as Kermert's 1 but with Peppino from Pizza Tower getting a job at Kermert's Pizza Castle instead of Mario. -As mentioned before this is not a 100% full copy of the game,the menu was not found in tkhurka's project and had to be redone from memory but besides that I can say with 100% certainty everything else in the project is from the original version. -This game,in terms of quality,is pretty bad,which if you've been playing my games for a while should not surprise you. I'd be hard pressed to call any of the games I made in most of 2023 good lol. -While I was lucky enough to save the game from being locked away forever within the @2AGamer account,I highly doubt the same can be said for any of the other Kermert projects I made and unshared,which,given that none of them were games and just minor joke projects, makes it very unlikely that they have any remixes. And to be perfectly honest even if they did still exist I'm not sure I would even recognize them,the only unshared Kermert projects I can remember was one of a tier list of Kermert remakes and one showing a fight between Almoo and Kermert. If you do happen to have any remixes of them though that'd always be appreciated! :D -There was also,if I recall correctly,a small update to this game which replaced Jeffy with Woody from Toy Story. The version of this game that's been found has Jeffy and not Woody so that specific version might still be lost but honestly if so you're not missing much :/ -I also have all of the projects still up on the 2AGamer account safely stored in an alt account(that I'll only reveal should the time ever come to do so) so they hopefully won't be going anywhere.
