The numbers carried by engines on the C.R.R. kinda doesn't really make sense. So I decided its time to make way too many things not canon anymore just to fix it :D
I guess because of this renumbering scheme Woodrow was the first big engine on the C.R.R. RURE style by Wobbly (we don't talk about the fact that I have no idea what determines a mid-sized engine)
