Name is loosely derived from latin for "Tortured" and "Rusted" ("excrucior" and "rubiginosus") Space or Click for roar Excrubigos (not named before disuse and abandonment) was the other large Chimera playing a role in the Alter Purgatories along with Luna, designated later as Purgamera #1, whereas Luna is Purgamera #2, Excrubigos was used as an aid for dangerous mining and drilling missions to further expand the underground area, he was formally an unfinished Chimera with a conscious head and neck, althought with major brain damage prohibiting it from showing any real consciousness, it was still able to be taught to help with drilling missions with three moderating smaller affectionally named "Scraplings" around the large metal miner. Because they didn't want to risk loosing a huge expensive Chimera in such dangerous mining and drilling missions, they cobbled together this abomination onto the unfinished Chimera, willingly made the rest of the body out of discarded scrapped metal and other Chimera parts (including Chimeravid's model) and despite being a housing Chimera, once it had become unstable enough and falling apart, it would no longer be needed and put down. However, even after the Alter Purgatories were abandoned, this heep of scrap still somehow managed to stick around, however barely, it's mind is still limited to it's former purpose and still doesn't know that it was ever abandoned. The human soul used in the Chimera used to be the head of the underground branch of Alter Labs, except at the mercy of the said beasts, he always secretly resented and stayed away from them in fear, he eventually became one out of a sense of trance.
