so first off we are researching particle accelerators. first off we are using electromagnetic fields to propel these things (just like they work) to high speeds (also to light speeds). this is to make weapons used from those. we we generate particles such as protons and electrons that are electricity charged. then we use strong oscillating electrical fields to add energy to the particles to make them move faster. took us a pretty long time to do because for us this is absurdly hard to do. but back to how we doing it, we then use strong electromagnetic currents steer and focus's the beam of particles to keep them on a precise trajectory. now this is what made us halt in research for months. Colliding the particles. so this is how we finally did it. the particles are smashed either into a Sationary target or another beam of particles in the other direction. we then use Highly sensitive detectors to inform us the results of the collision o the particles to give us info of the released energy and newly formed sub-atomic particles.
