Title Epic motor! Very odd custom 2004 Otis roped hydraulic lift... Brand: Otis. Model: Custom. Year: 2004. Type: Dual-ram roped hydraulic with motor room. Logic: Siemens PLC. Doors: Fermator. Motor: Bucher Hydraulics submersible pump unit. Fixtures: Otis 2000 call stations + US-style Otis Series 1 COP with Otis MCS concave buttons and Otis Series 1 arrow. Voice: Older Drucegrove. Floors: 6(*0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Speed: 1 m/s. Position of the motor room: At floor 0, behind the shaft. Starter type: Direct-on-line. Maintenance company: Otis. Location: Undisclosed low-income block of flats, El Garcia, ST. This is a nice and modern "HOA neighborhood killer" block of flats for low-income people which opened on September 18th of 2004. The lift there is a very custom Otis hydraulic lift with a Series 1 panel but concave fixtures which light up blue for the odd floors and light up red for the even floors, apart from floor 0 which lights up green. Also, all of the call stations light up green as well (There is one button per call station). This lift goes 1 m/s and runs quite efficiently but doesn't have pre-doors. However, the hydraulic motor sound is just epic! Overall, this lift is very odd, custom, unique and epic! Also, the inside floor buttons beep (A buzzer has been added in the 2010's). The fire alarm in this building is a Simplex 4100U voice evac system with PAVA speakers + white TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes, updated in 2011 with PyroStop low frequency sounders. The HVAC system is a very nice and reliable Mitsubishi system from 2004.
