I made another OC because why not? Lore: James Romanov is a character that looks as if he was taken from an old black & white cartoon. He possesses many abilities that one would have in those old cartoons, such as being able to run on air until he looks down, pulling out large hammers from nowhere, running faster than a train, and much more. He dresses formally and his moustache is large, so you cannot see his mouth most of the time. He has the ability to jump through 11th dimensional space into other branes of existence, though he denies the fact in order to look normal.
