| Grammar warning! I don't have the best Grammar <3| Ayame opened their eyes and was greeted by the darkness of their new room. There were boxes everywhere with their name and was labelled with what they were filled with. New street, new neighbour, new house, and new everything, but that wasn't what was keeping them up at night. From their experiences of living with real estate agents, aka their parents, they were used to moving a lot, but she found a pattern of what they were worried about the most. School. Well, high school, in their case, since Ayame is going to be in their junior year. Okayyy… I REALLY need to sleep now, they thought as they closed their eyes and tried drifting off to sleep. Ayame was in the middle of their dream when they heard this loud screech and got jump-scared, to the point where they fell on the floor. Embarrassed, they found out that it was just their alarm that was set on their phone. 7:00 am lit up on the screen. As they were brushing their hair, she remembered that they were doing a bit of research to find out what kind of school it was, but so far on the internet it didn't look bad, so she was excited for this new school. They looked at themselves in the mirror for the last time but were focused on their school uniform. They were wearing a white blouse with a black tie on top of it. They also had this black jacket with the words 'SPOP HIGH' on the top right of their chest with the official school logo above the words. Both the word and the logo were this golden colour, which suited the outfit perfectly. Lastly, they had this black skirt that almost reached their knees with some leggings that matched their skin tone (the leggings weren't necessary, but they thought it would complete the look). As she headed downstairs with her backpack on her back, she saw their younger sister. Aeri. Aeri was in the kitchen, texting her friend Koko while trying to eat her cereal but the spoon missed her mouth. Aeri found out that they were moving to Spopville, 68th street and was jumping up and down because Koko was also living there. They haven't seen each other in 3 years so that was exciting for her. “Hey, Aeri! How did you sleep?” Ayame asked, hoping their sister didn't wake up in the middle of the night and start worrying about her new life. “Oh, Didn’t see you there Ayame…. DID YOU KNOW THAT ME AND KO-” before Aeri could start Ayame cut her off with the same exciting energy that their sister was giving to them, “ YESSSS, I know! You couldn't stop yapping about it to our car ride here and was glued to your phone texting Koko.”
NEXT PART IS HERE Koko is a sweet, her skin was pale, and whenever she smiled her freckles looked like a fairy came in and spilled some golden pixy dust all over her face. Her eyes that looked like the clear night ( black) and her hair that was brown but looked lighter when the sunlight played with her hair color as the wind played with the medium length hair that also was with a fringe. The best part was that she was tall, not taller than them, but she was chasing up, but was taller than Aeri. They always made fun of how Aeri was shorter. “ Um….. earth to Ayame. I think you're daydreaming again.” In front of them, they saw Aeri waving her hand back and forth, trying to get their attention. “ Where are parents at?" Ayame asked, curiosity getting the better of them. “ I believe they are in their room taking phone calls and doing whatever they are doing.” she also quickly added, “ Lets go to the coffee shop nearby! I'm going to meet Koko there. Coffee on me?”. Ayame thought about it and thought it was a good idea so she nodded. As they went outside the sun was bright like it was saying it was going to be a good day. They hoped it was going to be fine on their first day of school. Both of the sisters walked side by side with identical uniforms, even the black shoes that had a strap at their ankles and the platform on their heels that was two inches tall. They both got to the place and Ayame looked up to see a sign that spelled out ‘S&T Cafe‘. They head in and Aeri immediately spotted Koko sitting down near the windows and ran for a strangling hug. Aeri’s hazel eyes looked so excited like they were going to pop out, and cry. Koko hugged her as tight as she could and opened her eyes to see Ayame waving at her. She smiled and Aeri let Koko go. As the girls exchanged schedules ( again) to see if they would be in the same class, Ayame asked what they wanted so she could take the order so the girls could bond right here instead of texting each other 24/7, more like 25/8. They went up to the cashier, “Hello, umm can I have one mocha latte, a caramel latte, a… umm i guess ill try the… Simon special..? ” Before the cashier could say a word, by the name tag her name was Thea, A guy came out of nowhere and looked….. Excited? “ HA!- Um… I mean… Thank you for ordering the Simon special. COMING RIGHT UP!” The guy ran away to the kitchen before anyone could say anything. Both Thea and Ayame looked at each other, “ Thank you for ordering, umm… My name is Thea and the guy you just saw was Simon. He made that up on the menu so he gets excited when someone orders it because we have a bet going” Thea sight and also added, “ I should probably go back there and help him make the order.” Ayame giggled and introduced herself then left to go and sit down. The sun shined in her black eyes as she looked out the window and saw one of the windows open. Because of the wind her white hair that was in a wolf cut moved left and right but then movement caught her eyes. Outside, there was a black car with its window down and there was this girl. They made quick eye contact but Ayame broke it first. As she turned her head back to see her one more time.
