You were walking through an arcade when you found an abandoned machine in the corner of the room. You turned on the machine, and this game showed up on the screen. This game was abandoned long ago because unlike the other games in the arcade, you can't actually play it. The only thing in this game is a title screen, and when you click the buttons, nothing happens. So the people running the arcade threw the machine away, thinking that it was useless. What the people running the arcade didn't know is that this game is living. Even after being thrown away, the game is still living inside this machine. You are the first person to have rediscovered this game in years. You and the game, both equally living beings, are trying to understand each other. However, since you and the game can only communicate with each other through a nonliving interface made up of actions and procedures, you will never fully be able to understand each other.
