- The City - The city of New London used to be a lively, happy place; Tall, shining metal towers, shops full of rare and unique items, kind and caring people. But that all changed when the war was started. It was started on March 3rd, 2037 by a man who wanted control over both Districts; Dante Vail. Gvnfire and explosions were very common, especially in The Lower District. The war ended in 2047. There hasn't been peace since then. - The Districts - The Lower District: Now in ruin. Buildings crumbled, or at least not fully intact. People here now live either on the streets, or quiet lives in the broken-down stores and houses. The Upper District: Almost fully intact. The buildings stand tall and streets stay- mostly -untouched. The people here also live quiet lives, and maybe even more fearful. - The Leaders - Gideon Vail: Ruler of The Upper District and oldest surviving member of his family. He is a feared, ruthless, and bl00dthirsty man. Everyone who has dared to face him never came back, or at least, came back changed... -Signature color: Dark emerald green. -Age: 31. Dante Vail: Dante is Gideon's younger half brother. He is the self-claimed ruler of The Lower District. He is bl00dthirsty and ruthless, but cowardly. And he often pays bounty hunters to do his work. -Signature color: Dark royal blue. -Age: 30. Ren Sato: A young, well known, rebellious man who acts as if he owns The Lower District. Some people fear him, some love him, and some hate him. He is very cocky and confident, and rarely fearful. Though he does fear Gideon Vail... -Signature color: None. -Age: 29.
